The Osprey Stratos 34 is an extremely well-ventilated mountaineering backpack. This is due to the so-called ?AirSpeed? suspended mesh back system, which will allow for sufficient ventilation.
Of course, the Osprey backpack has more than just good ventilation. It has several pockets and compartments as well, all of which serve to keep you organised on your mountain adventure. Like all Osprey rucksacks, the Stratos 34?s pockets and compartments are divided up very nicely. The main compartment can be accessed quickly by using the top zip, and the stretch side mesh pockets and the vertical centred zipped pocket will offer easy access to your belongings as well. Plus, there are two zipped hip belt pockets. What?s more, the pack has a zipped sleeping bag compartment as well, which can be accessed from the base.
Of course, there are external attachment options as well, including a ?Stow-on-the-Go? trekking pole attachment and an ice axe loop. With the help of the side compression straps, the Stratos 34 can be made more compact or larger. Oh, and there?s an integrated and detachable rain cover as well!
