The Arc?teryx Shashka Jacket: a robust jacket for mountain and valley!
A hardshell is not only a rain jacket. It is a shielding outer layer, reliably protecting from snow, rain, wind and storms. Perfect are 3 layer jackets for this purpose and on top of that they are extremely durable, abrasion-resistant and robust. That?s the Arc?teryx Shashka for you! Even though it has only a total weight of 450 grams, it comes fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired!
When processing the Gore Pro Laminate, special attention was paid to a reduced, intelligent cutting design, which gives the jacket a three-dimensional preforming. This is ideally made for the layer system, insulating layers simply slide in-between them. It has a fitted cut but is tailored in a way that there is still sufficient space for a warm fleece underneath the outer jacket.
There are three outside pockets, among them there is one backpack suitable chest pocket. The zippers under the arms help to additionally aerate. Space for your keys and phone you will find in the inside zip pocket; the insertion pocket leaves you space for gloves and beanie. The hood is helmet-compatible and can easily be adjusted wearing gloves and just using one hand. The integrated ankle snow gaiter with Slide 'n Loc can be attached to compatible Arc?teryx Ski pants.
Although the Arc?teryx Women?s Shashka jacket was designed for backcountry skiing, its features and concept are perfect for hiking, skiing and mountaineering. """
