Runs big, moderate warmth, almost rainproof

This is a nice piece. Clean cut with no annoying sign or brand name, just a small one on left arm. Pockets a right for me. The extra kind of back scarf makes it feel nicer. Hood is Ok, there are better ones but this is not a sport jacket.
It runs very large. Im 181cm and 80 kg (5'11", 175 lbs) and had to change for S, M was just too roomy. S ist still more relaxed than athletic as I understand it. Normaly on what i have or have tried on in Stores i have M (gamma LT (perfect), gamma SL (perfect), Beta LT (Ok but too short in front) Gamma MX (too short in front), Alpha (too short), Waylay (tight), A2B commuter Jacket (perfect).
I walked about 7-10 times in heavy rain for 20 minutes and it was holding the rain like a hardshell. I had a mammut ultimate couple years ago wich was soaked after minutes, on the koda you have got plain windstopper material wich seems durable.
It seems warm enough for Berlin and north german winters. Every couple years we have colder weeks (4-6) with constant temperatures down to -15C, then it will not be warm enough, but there is room to layer. 140 g/m2 coreloft feels just a little warmer than 100g/m2 of Polartec primaloft while not beeing so bulky. I hope it will last longer, because the price is more then other companies take for similar products. Temperature rate is difficult to say but more than 7 degree celcius (45 F) will be too warm in that jacket.
I would buy it again, its the right piece for me during late November until April for walking and biking around town and beeing active with the kids in nature wich means a lot of stop and go activity.
